Terms of Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the app store's terms that applied when you downloaded it.

The App is provided free of charge. Some features may require permissions (such as access to your files or camera), which you may grant or decline in your device settings.

All documents you open, create, annotate, sign, scan or edit with the App remain your property. Because the App processes files on your device, we never receive, store or have access to your content.

You are responsible for keeping backup copies of your documents. The App's tools (merge, split, rotate, delete, convert) modify your files at your direction; always keep the original if in doubt.

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law.
• Use the App to open, modify or distribute content you do not have the right to access or edit.
• Attempt to circumvent password protection on documents you are not authorized to open.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices contained in the App.

The App can display Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, and read text aloud. Rendering of third-party formats is provided on a best-effort basis: complex layouts, embedded media or macros may not display exactly as they would in the originating application.

The App, including its design, code, logo, branding and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your documents remain yours; the App remains ours.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or every document format. You use the App at your own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, files, profits or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the App.

In jurisdictions where exclusions or limitations of liability are not allowed, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero, as the App is free).

We may update the App, add or remove features, and modify these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms remain in effect until you stop using the App or delete it from your device. We reserve the right to restrict access to the App to anyone who violates these Terms.
